Comprehensive security audits – we are able to offer our client a comprehensive system of security audits of their organization. The audits aren’t conducted only to map the security state, but also to provide a set of recommendations for improving and increasing the efficiency of security management. We help our clients to chart the methodology of how to optimize and streamline the use of resources and assets in the long-term.

Risk analysis – we offer a comprehensive treatment of risk analysis and threat-related activities of the organization. In the analysis we process plans to minimize impacts of incidents (Business Continuity Planning) and in relation to crisis management. We take this analysis as a starting point for setting a comprehensive system of security management. The analysis can also handle the services that are delivered to the organization by external parties. Part of the analysis is the assessment of risks and their impact on the business, brand and reputation of the organization.

Implementation and maintenance of systems management – as the only ones in CZ and SK, we offer implementation and audits of security management systems under ISO 28000 (Supply Chain Security). STARR’S SE is currently the only entity in the region, which has a trained and certified auditor manager. We offer internal and “2nd party” audits according to the criteria of this ISO. We are able to prepare the client for the official certification and to ensure continuous maintenance of this security standard in the clients security management program.
